Jan Davenport — Jewelry and Oils

AFTER painting and teaching painting and drawing for 40+ years, I decided to make some saddlebred horse jewelry. I had so much fun that I expanded to other designs such as butterflies, roses, orchids, other flowers. A lot of the pictures in the photo charms on my bracelets are reproduced from my original art work.  Jan currently has jewelry in two other gift/boutique shops and in the Saddlebred Museum  gift shop in Lexington, Kentucky. Note cards are also available.

Jan’s favorite medium is oils, but has worked in pastels, watercolor, and acrylics.  Equine portraits are her specialty.
